We take the classics and turns them into re-envisioned staples, like sweet potato pancakes with walnut-sorghum butter, biscuits & house-made sausage gravy, fried chicken breast & waffle with ancho butter and maple-bourbon sauce, and country fried steak served with grits and red eye gravy.
